This project exceeded all my expectations. I received a bid for painting my main floor and two bedrooms of our house with in a very short time after the representative was at my house. The painters started the project in 3 day and did the entire work in a day and a half. They taped, covered future, painted, patched, sanded, and put a second coat on in less the a day and a half. The patch work was flawless. The workers were a pleasure to be around. They answered all my questions and were very polite. I would do business with this company again if I need painting.

The crew did a great job. They made sure everything was protected and cleaned up after. The prep including hole repair and caulking was well done. The painting looks great. We are very happy with the job they did. All of this in less than the projected time.

This is the second time I hired Painter 1 and once again I was extremely pleased with the work performed. They stained my deck and sea wall, painted the front porch railings, trim around the windows and the front door and painted around all the windows including the cathedral windows at the back of the house. All this work was done by a crew who were extremely hard working and courteous. They worked from 8:30 - 8:00 pm. The next day the crew leader and his wife checked all the work that was done and fixed anything that didn't meet their requirements. Kevin also came to assure that everything met his standards.

These guys are on top of things! They responded to my inquiry right away. Todd came to provide a great reasonable quote. Some of the info he mentioned didn't quite match up with the actual project results, for example he said it will take them a day to prep, but when Miguel came to work he went right to prepping and painting on the same day. He also came to power wash before I actually got the notice that they were coming. Communication aside Miguel did amazing. The paint job was very crisp and clean. He was fast and did everything in half the time I was told. We wanted him to change something when we realize we didn't like the design we close and he changed it right away. We're very pleased with the results!

Lisa Peterford was responsive from the first call we made to her. Their price was slightly higher then 3 other quotes but when she explains what her team will do for you we were convinced they would be the right company to paint our entire house. The paint teams were on time every day. Eric was the person in charge and he was the BEST!!! He made sure things were moving along and done right the first time. Every team member cleaned up after themselves and they made sure everything was just the way they promised before the project was complete. Painter 1 was very professional. They were super nice and very helpful with what we wanted done. We changed our trim and gutters from white to black. When they were done we did a walk around and they touched up anything that we seen. Also, they have a 2 year warranty on there work. I bought a fixer upper earlier this year and Lisa and her crew painted the entire interior of my house (walls, doors, ceilings, etc.). They always came when they said they would, they worked efficiently, and the house looks beautiful. Lisa is very quick to respond to emails/calls and I have them coming again to paint my home exterior in a few days. Overall I was very happy with their work.

Painter 1 painted the exterior of my home. Wow! They were amazing from start to finish. Every employee on the job was happy and friendly the whole time they were here. Attention to detail is one of their strong points. I have very high standards and they exceeded them all. They kept the job site clean and well maintained. They had four people inspect the paint job for any mistakes. By the time I inspected it, there was nothing to find! Just completed interior painting for the whole house with Painter1. The crew were outstanding. Very Punctual, they were on site every day at 8am without fail. They were beyond helpful, flexible and always polite. What a fun, happy crew! I had last min adds to the original quote, change of colors...but they worked it thru with me. Very reasonable prices. The last day was spent touching up all the little details, and they came back to put back the door chain that got missed out. I went with Painter1 becoz they had done my exterior walls 2 years ago and again were awesome. They use Sherwin Williams paint. They weren't the cheapest but everything was clearly itemized in the Quote, and Lisa was super with recommendations and tips. They are upfront with everything and will tell u if something won't work. Great experience with Painter1 of Columbus. They were very responsive to our request for a quote and were not high pressure at all. The quote was reasonable and fair for all of our exterior trim, front cedar siding, and gutters/downspouts. They also replaced several pieces of siding that had water damage. They were able to get us scheduled quickly and showed up on time and ready to go. Very good communications too. The quality of the painting is very good - no drips or runs anywhere. Amazing painters! Daniel and Selene run a great crew of professionals. Eduardo and his wife are a great team, doing a perfect job of masking and prep, painting, and cleanup. We had all three levels of our house painted, and it only took a week to do everything. We loved their work so much, we had them come back to paint an additional room and apply a gloss coat to our stairs that we had painted a dark grey. Very courteous, efficient and fast!

Painter 1 was middle of the road on the price but did meet us closer to the lowest bidder when the quote was provided. Given the high ratings and good experiences by other home owners in our community, we chose Painter 1 even though they were not the lowest bidder. We were very happy with with the quality of service. Lisa was great to work with. Her Project Manager, Christian, was on site often and made sure every detail that we ask about was taken care of. Believe the reviews! I am very impressed with this company! I had two large closets and baseboards throughout the house painted. Everything turned out perfectly and the finished baseboards make the entire house look fresh and new. The painter who did the work was skilled, professional, quick and clean. Couldn’t find anyone who was willing to remove old fascia boards from my house and install/paint new ones. Steven and Emily quoted the job and had it done in a week.
