I had contacted Tin one day and he was out to my house to give me an estimate the next day. The painter he sent out to paint my house did an amazing job. I could not believe the attention to detail this painter had. I would highly recommend this company for any painting services that you may have.

Excellent work

Painter 1 provided one of the most straightforward experiences I've ever had working with a contractor. Tin was punctual and quick with his work, and he was patient when our project went to the back burner. When we were ready again, so was he - I didn't have to re-review the project for him. Change orders I initiated throughout the project were handled quickly. The pricing was very transparent and the value was great overall.

Painter1 painted the exterior of our front door. The job was done perfectly. Tin, the owner, is very professional and polite. He answered all our questions. Jessica, the painter, was very careful and did a great job. The lady answering the phone when Tin cannot is very helpful and polite. Pleasant professional and quality work

Painter1 removed popcorn ceiling from 5 areas/rooms of my house and also repainted walls. They did an amazing job and everybody was very lovely to work with. The crew was great with my little curious dog and making sure we had access to the needed parts of the house while in process. Tin was very prompt and professional with the quote process and also a delight to work with. Highly recommend! Also, even though the service was premium, the price was very good; actually below quotes I got from a couple more unprofessional/unpleasant operations.

We are very pleased with the result of working with Painter1. Our project was a big one that required all ceilings to be painted (including trey and coffered ceilings) and the detailed trim to be touched up. The crew was extremely hard working, courteous, and thorough- they did a fantastic job of painting the interior of our home! Their availability was great, and Tin was very quick in answering questions and replying to emails. Their pricing was itemized and transparent, and the most reasonable out of 4 quotes we got in this process. Definitely recommend!
