Kevin arrived early that morning to match my current paint and returned promptly. He only stopped to take a lunch break. I had my ceilings and walls painted in my hall and living room. I must admit I’m very observant and pay close attention to detail, when this young man finished I really couldn’t find anything to point out. What I like about this company is that in case you missed something and spot it later, they are willing to come back out to fix it. They don’t just leave you hanging. We were referred to Painter 1 by my Mom’s neighbor and we are so happy we listened! The entire team at Painter 1 went above and beyond with the exterior paint project of my parent’s home. The project included: 1. Painting the entire siding of their farmhouse home. 2. Repairing the deck and rails of their wrap around porch 3. Staining the decking of the wrap around porch 4. Painting the ceiling of the wrap around porch 5. Painting all the doors and shutters. 6. Oops, and pressure washing everything before starting! While Painter 1 completed everything they were contracted to do extremely well, it was the little extras that made them shine. They made sure to let my Mom know what time the crew would be arriving everyday and called if weather prevented them from coming. They made sure that the same crew came everyday and that the crew understood the issues with my father’s dementia. They pressure pwashed the detached garage at no extra charge because the crew said “We are here anyway and it needs it”! The crew actually brought my parents breakfast twice during the 10 day project. The very few times a mis-communication happened Margaret was quick to respond. Usually within minutes! All we can say about Painter One is that we are very impresses and very pleased with the results. Kudos to Mr. Pablo Lopez, he was always here early until almost sundown; washing, prepping and of course painting my home. He answered all my questions and took care of every detail and concern we had. Al ways prepared for the day’s work and always cleaned up before leaving. Mr. Oviedo and his team responded to my calls about an oversight in the paperwork about my windows getting painted, and without any issues they took care of my home. We used Painter1 to paint the cabinet doors that my husband custom built. They came to pick up the doors and shelves—41 in total—and returned each one individually wrapped and meticulously painted the next week. Margaret was super helpful and communicative with each step of the process. We have been extremely wary of outsourcing our renovation projects, but this was money VERY we’ll spent. If you want to work with a professional business that is very keen to take some stress off your shoulders, Painter1 is the company.

I HIGHLY recommend Painter 1 for any of your painting needs. 1. Painter1 will only ask for payment at time of completion. This gave me peace of mind, knowing that they were going to do the job. I can name several contractors that want money upfront and don't show up when they say they will. 2. Painter1 showed up on-site when they said they would. This is very important because I was able to plan my day accordingly because they were prompt and on-time. 3. Painter1 team were professional and courteous and answered any and all questions I had about their process. 4. Painter1 offered a military discount. I absolutely love what they did and I WILL use them for any future projects.
