Great experience with Painter1 of Columbus. They were very responsive to our request for a quote and were not high pressure at all. The quote was reasonable and fair for all of our exterior trim, front cedar siding, and gutters/downspouts. They also replaced several pieces of siding that had water damage. They were able to get us scheduled quickly and showed up on time and ready to go. Very good communications too. The quality of the painting is very good - no drips or runs anywhere. Would definitely work with them again!

Couldn’t find anyone who was willing to remove old fascia boards from my house and install/paint new ones. Steven and Emily quoted the job and had it done in a week. Hello, I had scheduled three appointments with three different painting companies. Steven was the name of the first appointment, and after meeting with him I felt extremely comfortable, absolutely no pressure to add this or add that to increase the price. He was very knowledgeable and very professional and I felt so comfortable with him and the price he offered that I canceled the other appointments and just went with Steve the project manager. And his company Painter1. There is a couple more projects I want to do. And insured Steve that I would be giving those projects to him when the time came. And that was not idle threat, L O L

Painter1 came out quickly to give me a quote. It was a large project which took time to complete because they are very detailed oriented. They made our home look so beautiful because of the quality of their work. They were able to fix water damage, remove wallpaper and the underlying glue, paint built-in cabinetry that looked aged because of cracking from the previous paint job. Everything was caulked well and painted smoothly. I like how the supervisor checks on the team and paint job almost daily to make sure nothing is missed and everything looks good. They were also very clean and conscientious since I do not wear shoes in my home.

Did a very good paint job. They took the time to do it the way you would want it done. There estimate was higher than the other one I got, but you get what you pay for. If you don't want your trim done in 8 hours with one coat of paint these are who to call. I estimate they spent 54 man hours over 3 days to get the job done.

Painter 1 painted our interior in 2021 and the speed, workmanship, clean-up, and post-inspection for that project were absolutely awesome! Painter 1 has just completed the painting of the exterior wood siding and the wood trim boards around the windows, doors, and garage of our home, the replacement of rain damaged wood boards, and the painting of our aluminum sided 3-seasons room, and Steve (the project manager) was terrific, ensuring that all work was done to exceed our expectations. Painter 1 is blessed to have him as an associate. The painters were extremely fast and we would have to rate them as A++++ for their skill and competency. Clean-up was superb! We will certainly go to Painter 1 for all of our future home painting projects.

Needed my 3 rooms downstairs painted & one wall that goes up the stairs. This included ceilings also. One wall in bedroom had previous stain on wall & up by ceiling from water damage. When regular Stainkill still let stain come through, they used oil based Stainkill & repainted wall & ceiling in that area. That fixed problem. Super job! Everything looked great including the cabinets painted white. Really lightens the kitchen up & makes it look bigger. Now all I need is new hardware & my new countertop & kitchen sink & new faucet!
