My favorite thing about painter 1 was the integrity in the quoting and change order process. Dallin, the area manager, measured every wall and broke down the quote accordingly including cost of materials. The quote also included what would be excluded and what additions might cost. If you change something, you are first quoted a proposed amount, and then sign a change order. Aside from this respectability and transparency, I also felt I received a great quality outcome for a competitive price.

All too often, when things go perfectly, we simply pass on by and tell a few people. Our experience with Painter1 was almost perfect. Yet when a small issue arose around some edges they did not treat it like a small issue, they were on it! Painter1 quickly adjusted their schedule to pop out and take care of the issue. Painter1 made our home beautiful! Very professional and quick work painting the entire interior of our home. Finished in one week, as the quote said. Very detailed, checked multiple times with us to make sure we were happy with the end product. Very attentive. Quote was reasonable. Best part: their ethics. When a big wind storm knocked over all the doors that were drying outside, they without question offered to replace the damaged items. They put in many extra hours working all weekend to obtain new doors, cut them to size, and repaint. They also repaid us for the damaged items that the doors fell on. We were impressed and very happy! Juan and his crew are the best! We love being inside our home now that it looks all fresh and lovely!

I have used Painter 1 for several projects in Emmett Idaho. They did a great job painting the interiors and exteriors of my duplexes. Since I live out of state, I ask for pics of their work so I can see what was done. It's almost like I'm there to see the work in person. I would recommend them to anyone considering a painter. Awesome company to deal with! Initial estimate was fair, they were flexible with our needed timeline and schedule. Painted an entire 2,000 sq ft house inside top to bottom in two days with very little touch up work needed. I will use these guys for good moving forward, they are all aces in my book!

Their bid to finish the drywall and paint was cheaper than another company's bid to JUST finish the drywall. At this point, we were only 5 days away from moving into our new house. I told Jeff from Painter1 if there was anyway they could get the garage finished before we moved in that would be awesome but understood it was a super short window to have someone finish the drywall and paint a 3 car garage. AMAZINGLY JEFF DID IT! He had a guy out the very next day to finish the drywall and had a crew come out late into the evening on Friday to ensure that everything was completed before we moved it. I was absolutely blown away. Jeff went above and beyond to take care of us and we will go with them for all future painting needs.
