Rick Dennis brings 15 years experience to the newly created role
Spanish Fork, UT — Painter1 co-Founders Conrad Kolba and Jason Leber are pleased to welcome Rick Dennis to the Painter1 Franchise leadership team. The formation of the Chief Operating Officer position is symbolic of Painter1’s continuing rapid growth in the home improvement industry. Dennis’ appointment signifies the start of a new and exciting era for the Painter1 Franchise and its franchise owners.
In his new role, Dennis will oversee all Painter1 operations and will be pivotal in shaping and executing business strategies as well as overseeing the direction of the Painter1 system. This includes the implementation of enhanced systems, processes, and tools to support the success of all Painter1 Franchise Owners. Dennis brings more than 15 years of senior leadership experience to the COO position, including three years as a Painter1 Franchise Owner and previously serving as the Executive Vice President of Quality for a multinational North American manufacturer. “Rick’s previous accomplishments are a testament to his exceptional skills and expertise,” Kolba says. “However, it is not only his professional achievements that make him an outstanding fit for this role. Rick brings a genuine passion for building strong, collaborative teams and nurturing a positive work culture.
