Everyone was friendly, professional, and answered all our questions in a timely manner. We did have an issue with 1 painter with a lack of communication, but that was promptly handled with a new set of painters who did a great job.

This project exceeded all my expectations. I received a bid for painting my main floor and two bedrooms of our house with in a very short time after the representative was at my house. The painters started the project in 3 day and did the entire work in a day and a half. They taped, covered future, painted, patched, sanded, and put a second coat on in less the a day and a half. The patch work was flawless. The workers were a pleasure to be around. They answered all my questions and were very polite. I would do business with this company again if I need painting.

We found Painter 1 on Anji. Dustin was able to come out within a day or 2 to give us a quote. He was friendly, efficient and professional. Approving the quote online was quick and easy. The office manager Ashley did have to push the job out, but only by one business day, which was fine for us. But when she did was professional and courteous about the change. The 2 man team that came out were great. We had an entry way, hallway and 2 bathrooms painted and they were done in less than 6 hours. They had drop cloths down over anything that was not getting painted, did the job very well and cleaned up. All of those rooms look brand new. We have definitely found our new painters for any projects going forward. Thank you Dustin, Ashley and Team!

Painter 1 of New England recently finished a complete repainting of our 1895 Victorian home. The team was professional, highly skilled and worked in tandem with us on every decision. As you can imagine, a Victorian requires impeccable attention to detail to determine which colors should be used on the various architectural details. This is the second time I hired Painter 1 and once again I was extremely pleased with the work performed. They stained my deck and sea wall, painted the front porch railings, trim around the windows and the front door and painted around all the windows including the cathedral windows at the back of the house. All this work was done by a crew who were extremely hard working and courteous. They worked from 8:30 - 8:00 pm. The next day the crew leader and his wife checked all the work that was done and fixed anything that didn't meet their requirements. Kevin also came to assure that everything met his standards.

I can always count on Kevin! This was my second time using Painter1. The first time was in April. Both times my requests were a little urgent and I gave Kevin a short notice. But he was able to adjust his schedule and arrange his people to come quickly. So the painting work was done on time. The quality of the painting was always professional. Aaron was very professional. They removed the interior wallpaper, made repairs. They meticulously ensured floor, fans and mantel were covered so when they painted walls and ceiling, there were no signs of any splatters, and cleaned up before they left. I was preparing to move from another state and he took photos and communicated with me daily with progress and asked specific questions as they uncovered issues. He set expectations on arrival and completion time , and was true to his word. Cost was fair and he stands behind his work. I highly recommend Painter1!

When I was looking for a painter, they almost all promise the same things on their website. It was very difficult to choose the right one. When I met first met Eray from Painter1, I didn't ask him any questions. Because he asked me so many questions even I didn't think about asking before to understand what we wanted for our commercial building and specifically what our priorities are. I had contacted Tin one day and he was out to my house to give me an estimate the next day. The painter he sent out to paint my house did an amazing job. I could not believe the attention to detail this painter had. I would highly recommend this company for any painting services that you may have.

These guys are on top of things! They responded to my inquiry right away. Todd came to provide a great reasonable quote. Some of the info he mentioned didn't quite match up with the actual project results, for example he said it will take them a day to prep, but when Miguel came to work he went right to prepping and painting on the same day. He also came to power wash before I actually got the notice that they were coming. Communication aside Miguel did amazing. The paint job was very crisp and clean. He was fast and did everything in half the time I was told. We wanted him to change something when we realize we didn't like the design we close and he changed it right away. We're very pleased with the results!

Their price was slightly higher then 3 other quotes but when she explains what her team will do for you we were convinced they would be the right company to paint our entire house. The paint teams were on time every day. Eric was the person in charge and he was the BEST!!! He made sure things were moving along and done right the first time. Every team member cleaned up after themselves and they made sure everything was just the way they promised before the project was complete. My wife and I have wanted to paint our house for a couple years now when we found Painter 1. They were one of three quotes I got and we’re in the middle as far as prices go. Just a bit above 4k with upgraded paint (well worth the upgrade). My wife and I knew what main color we wanted but had trouble figuring out a trim color. The lady that did the quote was spot on with her recommendation and the house looks amazing!! The were FAST too!! 3 days! Cleaned, prepped and finished two sides in about 4-5 hours. Finished the other two sides on day 2 and did a bit of touch up with a final walk-through on day 3. I would definitely use them again.

Painter 1 was very professional. They were super nice and very helpful with what we wanted done. We changed our trim and gutters from white to black. When they were done we did a walk around and they touched up anything that we seen. Also, they have a 2 year warranty on there work.
