I had the pleasure of hiring Painter1 for the second time for a house project, and once again, they left me impressed with their excellent work. Scheduling estimates with them was hassle-free, and their pricing was competitive, ensuring quality results. During their last visit, they expertly painted the kitchen cabinets and walls, demonstrating their remarkable attention to detail and careful surface protection. Even the tiny, unnoticed details were fixed, including an old paint mistake I made. They were punctual every day, and upon project completion, they did a fantastic job cleaning up. I'm already looking forward to hiring them again for future projects.

Leonard and his team did an awesome job painting the interior of my house. They meticulously prepped the floors by taping and covering them before proceeding to paint the walls and ceiling. They finished the job earlier than expected. I will definitely use them again.

Painter1 responded very quickly to my request for a quote. They got the job done quickly and did terrific work. They left the place clean - even helped move out some construction trash that needed to go. I would use them again.

Overall an excellent job. They painted the interior and exterior. They also walked through the house with us after the job was complete to make one or two adjustments after the work was done. And I liked their communication systems.

I needed a bedroom & bathroom painted, but I was also considering the stairwell due to the high amount of scuff marks from moving. I wasn't sure about the stairwell because it would have to match the existing paint where it met the living room wall. Leo helped advise what to do and exactly where to paint to. Unfortunately I did not have the original paint, so Leo said they would take a small chip and go mix it to match on the day of the job. The gentlemen that showed up to paint were very efficient and professional. They did a thorough job of prepping the area so the carpet was completely covered and not a drop of paint got on it. They worked quickly and did a great job. The paint they had mixed matched the existing paint on the adjacent walls perfectly! My expectations were more than exceeded. I will use Painter1 for the rest of my place when the time comes.

I will absolutely use Painter1 for all of my painting needs in my new home. They did a wonderful job on my kitchen cabinets, which are tricky. The owner himself checked out all the work himself and made sure the job was done right! The crew was professional and thorough. I can’t wait to have more walls painted.

I have hired Leo and their team for my business painting at the Lakeline mall. I cant explain how amazing job they did on such a short notice and also worked with me on mall timings and my business timings.Leo planned it in a way that i don't have to close my business but completed the job on time with out any fail. As its a 10K sqft job and as every job has some hiccups, but Leo was very communicative all through the process and took care of me and my business needs as a priority and took care of the entire painting with out any compromise, super happy with his services. They were efficient and careful, especially with making sure everything was covered. We have 22 foot ceilings that Painter1 painted. They allowed us to give approval before finishing the job. We even asked for them to come back and clean up some windows that got a bit of paint on them and they did!

Leonard and his team took good care of us and our painting project. His quote was priced the lowest of of 3 quotes, and he was careful to take good notes re: our picky details. You can’t expect a project to go perfect, so yes, I spotted a few mistakes upon walk through. It wasn’t a problem though, because they handled every issue I requested. Just because of that, I trust them for all my future projects. They want to make you happy and they’re priced well, so give them a shot!

This company was recommended to us by our neighbor. They were very professional and extremely responsive to questions. The supervisor came to give us a quote and also at the beginning and end of the job to make sure it was everything it was supposed to be. The painters themselves were also extremely professional. The first day they painted, I left the house so I could get our toddler out of the way. When we came home I was expecting the house to be a mess and in chaos since they had gone for the day but would return tomorrow. The house was perfect! There was literally nothing left behind, nothing out of place, and the only way you could tell they had been there was from the painted walls! I’m extremely happy with the job they did. Having said that, I will say they are not even remotely cheap. I haven’t priced other painting companies in town, so I don’t know how they are in comparison to others. I do know that you could get an independent contractor to paint for far cheaper. However, I’ve had bad experiences with messy painters in the past, and I’ve had friends who have horror stories about hiring independent contractors. We wanted more of a quality guarantee, and Painter1 really delivered!

We had our 2 story entry painted by Painter1, and they were very responsive, professional and easy to work with! The squeezed us in early and had our project completed very quickly, everything looks great and payment was very straight forward. Definitely recommend them and would use them again!

My challenge for Leo, was to match the stain on my hardie siding then stain my newly renovated patio. He did great then clear sealed the redwood and cedar tung and groove ceiling. I would definitely recommend #1 Painting, Leo, to anyone.

On the final day of the job, I found him brush in hand, touching up any parts that he didn't think were up to his standards.
